The Passage will guide you throughout your pregnancy on how to best prepare for the next steps.
When should you start to build your birth team?
What screenings and labs do you want? When can you get them?
When should you be prepared to talk to your provider about GDM or GBS?
How do you plan to feed your baby? Do you know what support is out there for you?
When should you have you hospital bag packed and car seat installed?
What should you even pack in your hospital bag?!

Evidence-based resources
There is a lot of information out there in the world wide web, and not all of it is grounded in good research. In a time when everyone has an opinion, it is especially important that you understand your options, risks, and benefits, and make the choices that are right for you and your family.
SUBSCRIBE
We understand that we live in a subscription world, and that you already have monthly commitments, so we vow to be different.
OPT-IN FEATURE: First, we have created an “opt-in” feature so you won’t be automatically reenrolled every month and charged unexpectedly.
IT IS FINITE: This subscription won’t last forever. If you choose not to opt back in, you will not be charged. You also won’t be pregnant forever (thank goodness!), so by nature, at some point, you won’t need us anymore.
UNIQUE VALUE: Preparing for birth and postpartum takes time, and we care about your success. If you commit to this program, you will experience the value of chipping away at your preparation as you integrate it into your busy life.

Evidence-based resources
When it comes to making choices for your birth, it is extremely important that you have access to good information. Our resources have been carefully vetted by trusted researchers and providers.
We have also compiled a list of our favorite books to help you create a big-picture vision for your birth experience. Visit our resources page to check them out.
Birth Education
The Passage is intended to be a comprehensive educational program, and we still suggest signing up for a birth ed class. In-person classes are a great opportunity for you to build community and learn for other birth professionals. We encourage you to take in a variety of resources to support you in making the best choices for your birth experience. Read, ask questions, and ask more questions!
